Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Velox Brokerage platform. They constitute a binding agreement between you and Velox Brokerage.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Velox Brokerage ("Velox", "we", "us", or "our") — including our website, trading platform, mobile applications, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To open a Velox account and use our services you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are restricted or prohibited by law. • Not be subject to any sanctions, financial crime investigations, or regulatory prohibitions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Velox reserves the right to close accounts and refuse service at any time if eligibility conditions are not satisfied.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. • Immediately notify Velox of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. • Not share your login credentials with any third party. Velox will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be operating in violation of these requirements.
4. Services Provided
Velox provides online trading and investment services including, but not limited to: • Managed portfolio services guided by our in-house analysts. • Copy trading — the ability to mirror the trades of experienced traders on the platform. • Real-time market data and charting tools. • Deposits, withdrawals, and account management. All services are subject to the applicable fees, limits, and conditions set out in our Fee Schedule and any supplemental service agreements. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Financial Risk
Trading financial instruments involves a high degree of risk. You acknowledge that: • You may lose some or all of the capital you invest. • Past performance is not indicative of future results. • Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. • Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose. Before trading, please read our full Risk Disclosure Statement. Velox does not guarantee any return on investment.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and supported payment methods are set out on the Deposit/Withdrawal page of your account dashboard. Velox reserves the right to: • Verify the source of funds before processing a deposit. • Request identity or address verification documents at any stage. • Delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money-laundering, or regulatory concerns are identified. All funds held in client accounts are kept in segregated accounts and are not used for Velox's operational expenses.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our services to: • Engage in money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity. • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures. • Access or use the platform using automated bots, scrapers, or other non-human means without prior written consent. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage platform infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, fund withholding pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Velox platform are the exclusive property of Velox Brokerage or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal trading purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velox and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. • Losses caused by market movements, technical failures, or third-party service outages. • Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Velox in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velox Brokerage is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
